Independent Living Housing

Safe Housing. Stable Living. A Place to Call Home.

At Serenity Path Network, we believe everyone deserves a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home.

Our Independent Living Housing provides long-term housing for adults who may have difficulty affording traditional housing or who simply need a safe and supportive living environment. We welcome individuals who are seeking stability without the pressure of a temporary program or a required timeline for moving on.

Our homes are designed to provide a comfortable, respectful environment where residents can maintain their independence while having access to additional support and community resources when needed.

Housing With Support When You Need It

Independent living at Serenity Path Network is housing first. Residents are not required to participate in intensive programming simply because they live in our homes.

Instead, we offer optional support and resources that can help residents maintain stability and thrive, including:

  • Housing stability and support
  • Life-skills resources
  • Budgeting and financial resources
  • Employment and education resources
  • Transportation assistance
  • Community resources and referrals
  • Connection to local service providers
  • Assistance navigating available benefits and resources
  • Community activities and opportunities for connection

Residents can choose the level of support that works for them.
