Introducing The Justice-Involved & Reentry Program: Justive-Involved Path To Independence & Re-Entry Path To Independence.

Leaving incarceration is often just the beginning of a new journey. While many individuals are ready to rebuild their lives, they frequently face significant obstacles, including finding safe housing, securing employment, reconnecting with family, accessing healthcare, and overcoming the stigma associated with having a criminal record.

At Serenity Path Network, we believe that a person's past should not define their future. Everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild, grow, and become a productive member of their community. That's why we're proud to introduce our Justice-Involved Path To Independence & Re-Entry Path To Independene Program—a supportive housing and life skills program designed to help individuals successfully transition back into society. The waitlist will open December 1st 2026 and intake will begin January 2027.

Our Mission

The Justice-Involved & Reentry Program exists to provide stable housing, practical resources, and personalized support that empower participants to achieve long-term independence.

Rather than simply offering a place to stay, our goal is to help each participant develop the skills, confidence, and support system needed to create a successful future.

Who We Serve

Our program is designed for adults who are transitioning back into the community after incarceration, including individuals who may be:

• Returning from state or federal correctional facilities
• On probation or post-release supervision
• Referred by reentry organizations or community partners
• Seeking a structured, supportive living environment
• Committed to making positive life changes

Every referral is carefully reviewed to ensure we can provide an environment that promotes safety, accountability, and success.
